Dr. Darren Daugherty is a family pastor, speaker, author, and college instructor. His ministry could simply be called, "Diligent Parents," but there is much more to the diligent life that we are called to as Christians.  Through our ministries, both within a local church and to other churches through seminars and workshops, we are about equipping family leaders with biblical principles and practical ideas to pass a spiritual heritage to their children.  As Christians, we must recognize that a love for God is not passed to the next generation without a plan and deliberate effort.  With a purpose for living, we are called to purposeful living, as seen in the scriptures on this page.  This purposeful living must include every aspect of our lives, including our marriages and the training of our children.  We desire to help entire families become diligent in love and service to God and others.

The Children's Ministry Leadership Club was created in 1995 for Children's Ministers by a Children's Minister. Although other clubs exist that teach leadership skills, this one is the original, specifically designed for today's Children's Ministers. The CLUB is a breakthrough in ministry training, filled with easy to duplicate ideas, proven strategies and encouraging, challenging insight. This monthly training resource will help you take the guesswork out of growing a cutting edge Children's Ministry. Here's help to get you to the next level of leadership. Each month The CLUB will take you one-on-one with a personal leadership coach. A coach who has been where you want to go and will pass on the secrets to get you there.

Since 1975 Jim Wideman has worked in the local church. His ministry to children and families has grown from reaching just the city where he lives to a global ministry, training tens of thousands of children's workers from all over the planet each year. He's an author and columnist for Group Publishing and Children's Ministry Magazine. In March of 2001, Children's Ministry Magazine named Jim one of ten pioneers of the decade in Children's Ministry.
